Got a notice from BellMTS stating that they are moving email services to another site and they need my ID to migrate my inbox to another site. Is this legit, or just a third party phishing attempt?

Looks like a scam. Look at the email it came from, you will pretty much be able to tell from that. I bet it will be some weird address that looks nothing at all like a legit BellMTS email address
