FaceTime is an Apple product, so you can only download it onto an Apple device like a Mac or iPhone.

If you have a Face Book account. You can use their version of "Face Time" to talk to somebody on the other side and see the person on the other side, free of charge. The quality of the visual and the sound is amazingly high quality!
