Windows 7??

We recently upgraded to a new computer and it came with the new windows 7 program. So far it seems really user friendly, but here's my issue.
Almost everytime the internet is used, I get a pop-up saying something to the effect of "Internet Explorer has stopped working, please wait while it tries to find the problem" then it says no problem found, close program. And when I do, it will "recover" the tab to the place I was at. its more annoying than anything else. I am with MTS, so I don't know if this is a windows issue or MTS, but looking for feedback on how to fix it!
