IT jobs in Brandon??

Just curious what the chances of finding a job in the software development field are in Brandon. I will have a bachelors in Comp Sci, is it something that is in demand here? I am aware of the IT hubs like Toronto and Vancouver, but is finding a job like that in a smaller city like Brandon possible?
