Disk drives... Where the heck did they go???

So.... the other day I went to get my pics off of my sd card and low and behold no disk drive?? So i looked and I only have my hard drive (:C), my dvd/cd (:D).... the other 4 drives are gone?!?!?
There are usually C, D, E, F, G, and H.... So where has E,F,G, and H gone to? How do I get them back?? and why did they leave? LOL.... I am a daily picture taker and my sd card is on the brink of full??
Any help?
