More than one email account? (MTS)

Ok, so I've heard over and over again how you can have more than one email address. I'm not talking about yahoo or hotmail accounts, but the email that I collect through my Outlook Express.
I'd like to set up separate email accts for my hubby and I. Hubby gets a TON of emails, and NEVER cleans his out and I am literally drowning in his emails.
I'd like to have two separate email accounts for us so that I don't have to try to manage his crap any more!
Can anyone tell me how this is done? THanks!
