You are spending TONS of time just sharing information with friends and family on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. Retrevo.com listed a bunch of evidence that suggests we're addicted to social media:
Almost half of Facebook and Twitter users admit to checking in on the sites in bed.
16 percent of social media users say they check their Twitter account first thing in the morning and use it to get their morning news. Over 40 percent of people say they don't mind being interrupted for a text message or e-mail on their smart phone. Seven percent said they'd even check out a message during sex.
