Help: Looking for Cable

I am wondering if anyone knows where you can find this type of computer cable (picture attached to discussion).
It is for a laptop chill mat/pad...and I don't know what kind of cable it is or what it is called. The one that I currently have cuts in and out all the time.
The one end is a USB...but the other I have no idea.
