Panasoinic PV-GS50 video to computer

My step-sister has this camcorder and is trying to video from it to her computer. She can get the pictures transfered but not video. I'm currently reading the manual for it that I downloaded. I don't have the camcorder with me, it's in Saskatchewan. Any help would be appreciated.
