MTS TV - quality and performance

Hi, just want to know from those who have MTS TV, how do you like it?
1. Does it affect the performance of the MTS high speed internet?
2. Are the HD feeds good? How are they compared with Bell ExpressVu?
3. It seems to be cheaper but I don't want cheap and find out the HD quality is not on par with Bell and my high speed internet is now a dial-up :-)
4. Do they have time zones just like Bell ExpressVu if you miss a show?
