Westman Cable....

Has anyone been experiencing some problems with Westman Cable? We have three TV in our house all hooked up with cable...than recently one of them stopped working. It will change to the channel than a message will appear, " The channel should be appearing shortly" or something like that..and it won't change!! Should I contact or has someone experienced this before?
