Westman internet slow ...

Anyone else experiencing VERY slow download speeds with Westman today? Using their speed test tool, I'm getting about 250 kbps down and 950 kbps up. I should be getting about 7000 kbps down with their Ultranet. I called their tech support and the guy told me they are installing some new equipment tonight that should fix the issue. I hope so!!
