Internet Express Stick: Good bye Dial Up

Well good bye dial up! I now have an internet stick EVDO Mobile Broadband...hurrah!
The plan I chose includes 500 MB. What does 500MB look like? Not that I'm too worried as this is a self adjusting plan. Just curious as to recognizing the usage numbers.
