Slow Internet?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with their Westman Comm. internet or is it just me?
I have been trying to watch movies on Netflix both on my mac and my Xbox 360 but any movie I try to watch I get a message at least once saying that because my internet has slowed corrections would have to be made to the movie. I am going to upgrade my internet tomorrow and hopefully that will work because I don't want to have to pay the $100 for the next upgrade after that.
