How much Spam do you get through e-mail and how do you deal with it?  
 
I used to get literally 200 per day before my upgrade to Vista. Now I'm down to 10 or 15 that sneak through the Windows Mail filter. You'd still like that number to be 0, but as long as it's at a manageable level its hard to complain.  
 
I haven't used Norton's Anti Spam product or many others to know how well they work.  
 
For those that use Westman as their internet provider, I've heard pretty good things about the software they have installed at their end (sometimes you have to request having the filtering level increased)
