Free unlimited phone calls, targetted advertising

Came across an article that talked about this in the Free Press today:

Many are probably familiar with how Google can put ads on web pages like this one that are related to the information you're seeing. This particular site lets you make free phone calls to anywhere in Canada or the US, and in exchange serves up voice ads to you based on what you're talking about.
What does everyone think about the idea of your phone conversation being "listened in on" or analyzed by software to determine what you're talking about? Is it worth it to you to have free phone service? I haven't tried it yet myself but I'd also be curious to hear thoughts from someone who has tried it.
