and not just today. The signal has been so weak lately that I cannot even get wifi on my phone at my house.

so, maybe it's not my modem....??? I had it replaced a few months ago because the other one crashed. Kept losing my connection this morning. Wifi and wired...

Have you tried rebooting your modem or calling MTS helpdesk??

No problems here.

have rebooted a couple of times. Was just checking to see if anyone else had issues before I play the waiting game on the phone with the help desk.

Would recommend giving the helpdesk a shout if you haven't already. These kinds of issues are often specific to your connection or computer and they'll have what they need to help diagnose. Good luck!

Terrible lately

As Loaf said - terrible, and not just today. My connection has been slow and choppy for almost 2 weeks now. I switched to MTS and got "faster" speed internet (i.e. paid more) than I had with WCG, and now my service is worse than ever.

it will have to wait until I am home from work...can't call the help desk from here...I suspect it is the modem
