Have you contacted Leappad?? The screen on our Leappad2 cracked, I even told them that my daughter dropped it on the floor. They just had me send a picture to them, they asked me to draw a big X in permanent marker on the screen (so it couldn't be used anymore) and they sent me a brand new one free of charge! Said it was a 1 time only thing and if the screen broke on the replacement I couldn't get another sent free of charge.
