With their cheapest package you get 384Kbps upload speed. For $120/month you still only get 1Mbps, and have to pay $150/month for 1.5Mbps. These are some pretty low speeds, and unless you have a router with the ability to limit upload speed (and it is configured to do so) one person uploading pictures could tank your whole internet connection and pretty much make it useless.  
 
Anyone have any ideas how we could convince Netset to increase their upload speed?

Netset does have a slow upload speed for residential plans. However if you need more upload then contact Netset and make a custom plan with them. They can give you more upload speed if needed.  
 
If you have a business number I recommend looking into their business plans for the boosted upload.
