Good trail cams for security?
11/11/2016 at 2:37 PM
I'm new to trail cameras, but I'm trying to find the best, inexpensive trail camera that I can set up on a property. While I know they are intended to see wildlife, they seem like they are the perfect solution to a vandalism issue at my 87 year old Grandmother's home.
We are out in a rural town, so not exactly a whole lot of people are to witness anything, or cameras to catch it. She has been having issues with a person(s) coming into her yard and damaging her vehicle, home, garden items. While it may seem like small things to most people, it has happened a few times and I know it stresses her out.
So I'm looking for a decent trail camera that would work to catch a glimpse of who it might be, so I'm looking for something that would work decent at night without being noticed by the person(s) causing the trouble. I've been searching around on amazon and while they have a number of them, there isn't really a whole lot of information in regards to how noticeable they are at night, and often a lack of reviews in general, which is why I'm hoping someone here may have more experience.
Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.
