anyone wants to share their experience on either fujitsu scanner or neatdesk scanner?  
I am not sure which to choose for quality job and facility to use it

Love my scansnap. Takes various sizes of paper, can convert to OCR and scan directly to many programs.

I have been using the Fujitsu ScanSnap ix500 for about 8 months now and it is a fantastic little scanner. In fact, I use it more than that full size Sharp photocopier/scanner in our office.  
 
The software is decent and it gets regular updates. I have mine connected via wifi so no cables. It did take a little bit of trial and error while setting it up to get it to do what I needed, but now that it is setup it works like a charm.  
 
It can scan both sides at the same time and if you use PDF it will automatically do OCR so you get a searchable PDF. It also does colour and you can define the resolution for smaller files. It has a neat business card feature. When you scan a business card it reads it and tries to populate the address and other fields. You can then export it to various file formats for importing into your contacts list. I'd say it is about 75% accurate.  
 
The price also can't be beat. I bought mine online through NCIX.

We use neat desk and I like it. It converts easily, and the software is great for organizing your files.
