Westman &;gt; MTS in Rivers and Souris

In 2012 Westman ran a hardline to both towns and MTS refused to invest. MTS continues to run a wireless signal that has zero reliability and awful speeds, Westman delivers exactly what you pay for with 99.9% reliability, my internet has dropped twice since the upgrade. If you're living in Rivers or Souris paying for MTS internet you are throwing your money in the garbage.
