Due to upgrades and server maintenance, you need to reset the system every few weeks.
Go to the modem (black box), brand might say Pace on it
Unplug it
And unplug the phone line
Wait 5 mins
Plug all back in
Wait a few mins until all the lights on the front comeback
Still not working
Do a reset of you modem
Log into modem settings
Under diagnostics, resets,
Tab that says reset to factory settings
( only do this if needed)!!!!
You will need to reenter wifi passwords on all your devices!!
