I get that message now "hide targeted messages" and do not know what to do with it I do not know what it means. Should I click yes or no??  
My settings in extensions has a check on enabled Adblock Plus for youtube and has a check on enabled AdBlock.

Ebrandon uses ads to gain revenue, I don't know their specific business model or what method is used but that's beyond the point. Essentially your are seeing this message because either ads are trying to message you asking to whitelist the site so that ad revenue can be made or there are some ads that are trying slip through normally. You are probably better off asking Adam what is going on and why you are seeing targeted ad messages, he will know the best and probably can help you out. Just use that "Contact and Support" at the bottom of the page.

Ads honestly suck, not too bad on Ebrandon, but some can be malicious and collect more information about your browser than you really want. I am seeing an add/tracker that is called "Addthis" it comes from a non secure source im seeing (doesnt mean its bad though) it looks to be just a tracker that records and reports bookmarking patterns and such. Looks to primarily be ads and trackers to help Adam optimize the site and content you see

Sorry for the confusion on my part  
It is still just ads wanting you to whitelist them to allow the ads to come through. I have two adblockers and sometimes i see the message you are seeing. I just press yes to hide the targeted messages and you should be good to go
