If you go into Control Panel >: Programs and Features you should see some version of Visual C++ Redistributable, you may have a ton of them that differ by year( I''m thinking your newest will be 2015), start repairing the newest, should be able to right click >: Repair and follow the prompts if any. If your still getting the error I would try the link above and download/install that Visual C++ Redistributable. If that does not work you may need to start uninstalling stuff which I would then proceed to bring it into a shop.
Are you getting the errors when you first boot up? Or when your starting a program?
Brandon Computers or Geekz will definitely be able to help. I know for a fact that Brandon Computers can help you remotely without you having to bring in your PC.
