Risks becoming a country where no mining/oil companies will want to invest in because there are just too many groups and government bodies to please and answer to. I don't know the end story, but this "Kinder Morgan" fiasco may well play out as the straw that broke the camels back. Canada should be open for business to encourage investments and development of our natural resources as it creates much of our country's prosperity, jobs and wealth for Canadians as a whole. What's going on now is shameful and very dangerous.A strong Canada is a Canada that is open for business and exploration by private and public corporations. Otherwise, if we shut the door to economic prosperity, then we become a "have-not" country that will go bankrupt in short order or will have to implement some serious "austerity measures" that will hurt all Canadians, especially those that oppose new developments. I really think a lot of Canadians don't understand the implications to themselves and their communities should businesses shy away from Canadian mining and oil opportunities. I don't like Trudeau, but I think that even he realizes the importance of these projects. He's got his work cut out and hopefully he'll persevere and see this through to fruition and not turtle to the pressures. Canada's economic future is at stake!
