Enhanced Identification Card

Well I was sure excited to find my enhanced identification card in the mail...up untill I opened it and seen the expire date Nov/2010.I thought that they were good for 5 years so I called thinking they must have made a mistake.But was told no that it says good for UP to 5 years.So I payed my $30.00 and when it expires I will need to pay another $30.00 if I want to keep it.I should have just sent for my passport because it would have been good for the 5 years with NO SNEAKY wording!
