Long Story Short  
 
I'm moving, and need to update my bankining information and address with The government for our GST Credit, Child Tax credit, etc etc.  
 
There are 2 numbers listed on the statements we get from them, and they've been busy FOR A WEEK. So we called Service Canada for another Number, got one, but it's busy too. And i don't mean "All our representatives are busy", i mean an actual Busy Signal.  
 
Does anyone know what else we can do? The Service Canada website says not to email them any personal information, so i guess that's out.
