9 bucks to vote via absentee ballot ...away on election day , had to wait 'til after nomination papers filed to get ballots and they have to be back before polling day closes ...so paid the money for expresspost to garantee acceptance of same. Now 'cause I'm thinking I'm born Canadian /Manitoban it should be like writing to your MLA ....free postage!
