BC: Fraser Health Deficit/Gov surplus (renamed)

down...just like the Beatles song..I have read something,a couple of things, that did just that.. While visiting Van. an article appeared in "24 Hours" a free newspaper? here. It makes reference to the fact that Fraser health is operating with a 65 million $ deficit and that means they plan to increase revenues by bumping up the user fees for seniors and people requiring residential care all this while the Campbell Liberals are sitting on a 3 BILLION $ surplus!!!these are the same guys that voting themselves a 52% ( Premier) and 29% salary increase( MLA's). on a different note Prince Azim of Brunei is turning 25 this year and is having a birthday party costing 15 million smackers!! in England. I'm speechless!!!!
