I got some from the green party today...a "confidential survey" is what the message said and they wanted to know who I voted for last time. Not only did they try to call...4 times, but messaged threefer times as well. Blocked the 2 numbers.

NDP and pc's on same night. I didn't mind Drew reminding me he's out there fighting the good fight...  
 

I get upset when a robocall or even a live call rings my phone but when I answer it, no one is there. Having to say hello three times before I get a rattle as though someone is just now picking up the phone means that it was not at their ear when my number was dialed. When YOU call someone, YOU should be on the phone ready to start the conversation immediately. If you are not ready to start the conversation, do not dial, robot or live person.  

I agree completely... the dead line when you answer is very annoying. I usually say "hello" twice and if nobody answers, I hang up. Having said that, getting a robocall from the NDP and having the recording sound like you have a real person on the other line is doubly annoying. The "candidate" wasn't even running in my riding (it wasn't Caldwell) and I didn't realize it was a recording until I tried to interrupt to ask again to have my number removed from their calling lists and the voice kept droning on and on and on and on...

I am not surprised ! The NDP are trying anything to get a few crumbs of already not decided voters> Admit defeat (You are finished )The Manitoba voters will show you that they do not tolerate liars that are out of control spending our hard earned tax dollars . As for Mr. Pallister not being here during the flood .Who Cares Maybe all would of been better for all the land owners and residents around Lake Manitoba if Mr . Selinger would of been away.Alot of these land owners have not been helped and the government put up Reserve Residents in Motels for 3 years on our dime < yes 3 years . I would like to see the bill for that one.About the only thing I think the NDP could do to get more votes on Tuesday is to fire Mr. Selinger today and put in Theresa Oswald

to the National Do-Not-Call registry?? Every 6 months or so I go online & ensure I'm still on the list yet I get calls from these freaking politician's minions and/or dialers

Pallister could have been out here and thrown a sand bag like Chretian did in Winnipeg for a photo op. Found that rather insulting.  
 
Pallister was in opposition he couldn't do anything anyways. Everything at that point was to save Winnipeg.  
 
The mayor and those responsible were telling people to stay away to let the flood fighters work.  
 
This was a no win situation for him.  
 
As far as robo callers if I don't recognize phone number don't answer them but there hasn't been any difference in number of calls the last couple of weeks.  
 
We did phone Mr Cullen who is running in Sprucewoods and questioned about the 2nd worst road in Manitoba on the CAA poll the 353 hi way. He actually returned the call personally and said he had driven on it the week before and understands the ranking. He was so polite and sensible spouse couldn't even get mad at him.

"Your MTS Call Screen service is now on."  
 
I'm not sure what the point is. I think most people have better things to do than waste time listening to a robocall.  
 
Although....if it were an actual robot calling. I feel like I would listen.
