Tips for maintianing good health...
1/9/2010 at 5:17 AM
1.) Get good rest.
2.) Eat breakfast. Include fiber in your diet. Calories, hmmm me I don't keep track. Protein, I don't keep track. It's fiber I make sure I get. Fiber cleans your coronary artery, prevents heart disease. A long story short, I once kept track of my calorie intake for 2 days.
3.) Maintain fluid intake throughout the day. Yup, caffeinated beverages could be added if you want.
4.) Walk as much as you can.
5.) Believe the food you eat will do you good. I think belief can get along with the odds of science. The brain can think the food you're eating is healthy. No matter what you eat...
6.) If you're a gym attender, work on all components of fitness. Flexibility, strength, cardiovascular, and endurance.
7.) Mix up you're routine. Very important if you don't want to strain any part of your body.
8.) Be proud of who you are. It doesn't matter if you're just starting out or are superstar NBA player. Yeah, plus your body burns calories even when it's not exercising. It's proven that those that are more active, have a faster burning calories pace while not exercising, than to those who don't exercise at all. Age and weight is a factor...
9.) Watch who shows you workouts. They could be improper and you could be seriously injured.
Benefits of the above listed...
You'd be surprised that your body can supply the demand of a certain task. Example, shoveling the driveway without getting tired. Or, delivering news papers. Or just simply moving the couch to where you want it. Oh forgot to say, circulation of the blood will become easier when you're more active.
eBrandoner's. If you'd like to share something. Go ahead.
