Blue Cross Audit

Just wondering if anyone has issues regarding Blue Cross random audit when you submit a claim for prescription medication.
It seems that I am frequently being audited and it’s getting frustrating. When you are audited and if you are lucky to have a scanner, you must scan the receipt and send the scanned copy by e-mail along with the audited reference number. My question is when I submit a claim online through Blue Cross why do they ask for the DIN number, the amount you paid, the amount the patient paid, the date of the receipt, where you bought the prescription from and you must also state if the prescription meets EDS (Exception Drug Status). I think Blue Cross needs to invest in a better system or be on the same page with the pharmacy. Please let me know if anyone else is frustrated with the Blue Cross submission of prescription drugs online. Thanks for your time.
