I just bought my first quad been looking for awhile now found a good deal on an older quad. The seller and I wrote up a bill of sale but we have not signed it or put addresses on it. consequently it is uninsurable/liscensable without a valid bill of sale. The seller has since disconnected his phone line the day after the sale. I am worried that it may be stolen but i checked the vin through a government website and its ok there. I have emailed him to try get in contact with him that way and maybe he will comply. I'm just wondering if anyone has been in this predicament before or has any suggestions for me.
