how to transfer itpod musics from pc to laptop?

i have itune on my PC and have my nano ipod and ipod shuffle to connect and buy my music but now i have purchases a laptop and use my laptop instead of Pc but to connect and charge my ipods i cannot add nor delete any music that's on ipod. a message says something about a different library.
how to get my music that was left on my PC and put it on my laptop.
