Does anyone know how much snow we got?

The weather network says we got 11mm. I am sure that is not right as I shovelled more than that. Is there another site that I can verify how much we got. Another question is, are there any residential streets in Brandon that have been plowed because here in the southeast it has not been plowed yet. What? Is the city out of money already lol?
