HTC Touch Phone - Anyone know anything about this phone?

I'm considering upgrading to this phone. All the reviews I read are positive except for the difficult to use on screen keyboard. I don't do much testing so I figure that won't matter. I'm wondering how durable it is. Any opinions or suggestions about this, or other phones?
