So today (sunday) at 2:10 pm as I was driving on #10 to Minnedosa I was about half way there by where the gas line crosses the highway and I passed an RCMP cruiser heading towards Brandon and the officer was talking on her cell phone. And the smile on her face kinda made me think it wasn't a "business" call either. So I'm just wondering if I have to buy a cop car and then I can get away with chatting on my phone.
