Ill save my rant about cellular signal quality outside of brandon for another time.I recently upgraded from Galaxy S3 to S5. Im not sure if it is just that the S5 has a weaker antenna or if MTS has made other changes but my phone is almost useless in Alexander.Actual calls are out of the question and texts usually hang or i get them hours after they were sent.So my question is..anyone here installed a cellular signal booster?if so.. work well?What brand? and are they hard to install?Any advice would be awesome!

not sure the brand but we have one both in the truck (one you dont have to hold the phone onto) and one at the farm, both worked great, at the farm it was the same as you describe and now we can even watch netflix, the truck one depends on where you are but will increase our bars 2 or 3  
 
I too find the sg5 bad for service tho, same with my old sg3 but so has a nokia and man it has a great antenna, gets full bars where i have one

I tried the best one from an internet provider, barely worked. Did some research and bought a Wilson DP pro. Works fantastic. There are a few quirks for installing. You have to be above or away from power lines and trees. And not overtop any metal roofs. We have ours on a tower just over our tree line. We live in Glenboro where we get 1-2 bars outside and I get 5 bars with this booster. There are around $600 on Amazon right now.  

I have a Wilson and it works great but it want solve your problem with getting better service with mts now. As I have a iPhone 5s and service isn't worth a shit most of the time
