T-Mobile has an ad where you can get up to 4 lines with 10gb of data each line for $30 a month per line. Also when u sign up you receive a free Samsung Galaxy tablet. This is over half the price I pay for my lines and only receive 5gb of data. I know there are more people in the USA to lower the cost but do we really need to pay double!

TMobile's coverage isn't great either. In places like Minot, it's roaming on AT&T, which - if you wanted a localish number, you'll have to deal with a number from Grand Forks or Fargo at closest.  
 
Always read the fine print. You could get 10GB/line for 30/month, but you're going to pay for voice & text on top of that too, remember!  
 
Tmobile's Simple Choice plans do cover Canada, but then again.. Rogers' plans covers the states for $5/day up to $50/month (cap), which is better than paying several dollars per megabyte and nearly $2.00/minute

We live in the middle of nowhere. If you lived in a populated area, you could get coverage from Wind for pretty similar prices to T-Mobile.
