My husbands contract is up, but mine isn't. Would he be able to get a new phone, transfer it to me, and he takes my old phone?

if the contract is up why get a new phone? i have a note 3 thats payed for and i have month to month with mts and get 10% off my bill. no contract

Because my hubby hates his phone, and doesn't mind mine. Mine is paid for by a business, so we were just hoping to save some money as we pay for his

the short answer is yes you can trade phones. pending on what phone you have, and what phone you too are to get. they may have the same style sim cards in them and you maybe able to just switch them around.
