Give them a call, sometimes they have to flush out text msgs to your phone for it to work again

not sending messages for me either. but internet is working fine. I haven't checked for about 30 minutes though =)

To expand on what Blake was contributing, it does sound like they are currently experiencing an issue with text messaging service. Handy page and one to bookmark. Would be even more beneficial if they could take it one step further and comment on timelines and nature of the problem... though out of fairness with outages you often dont know those answers until its fixed or the people that would comment are busy putting their valuable time into fixing the problem!  
 
Curious if for Apple people the issue also effects iMessage contacts, or if it's just green bubble text messages?  
 
And does this link work for you temporarily since it sounds like data is working?

Well, I'm happy to know it's not just my phone! Thanks for the link!

I am an iPhone user and even my iMessages (iPhone to iPhone) weren't sending. I switched my Voice& Data from LTE to 3G and that seemed to help!  
Settings>:>:Cellular>:>:Voice & Data>:>:3G

Nope Rogers is working fine on my end  

My text messages still aren't working. Haven't been since at least 4:00. iMessage works fine still for me.

Mine is now working to send text messages

Are sending and being received.
