Never had luck

with using routers provided by the servers. We struggled in SK and were told straight up by the provider's IT tech that we'd be better off getting our own router because the ones provided by them just didn't cut it for today's needs of most households. We did that and initially experienced better connectivity until we started using only internet for all programming. Had same issues after moving to MB, using the same router, but with Westman service. Last week, I bit the bullet and bought a more expensive router. So far, it has been good. For us, it's worth it as we don't subscribe to any cable or satellite providers, saves us data overage charges and cuts down greatly on the frustration of intermittent connectivity.
Just as an FYI, we can easily have 6 devices running simultaneously utilizing online gaming and video streaming. I paid about $300 for a D-Link triple band router from Staples.
