Internet quit working this morning at home. Tried unplythe modem and plugged in and still not working. Called MTS and was told parts of Brandon are down for an unknown length of time. Asked who I send my bill to for lost wages for work but will only pay after 24 hours. Guess I kind of get a long weekend. I'm located in the SE part of Brandon.

No internet provider nor business is perfect. Everyone has breakdowns. Have you tried using your cell phone as a hot spot? Westman has the same problems at times too.

Outages happen and I think it's a little bit ridiculous that you expect them to pay you for something out of their control when it will likely be fixed today. Perhaps if you are using your home internet for work then you should actually have a business internet account instead of a residential one as business is first priority in the event of an outage.

My how some can be so critical on a beautiful Friday. MTS does have iirs problems as of late tho.
