Family Time during winter

    Family Time during winter

    Hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone had any idea's to with family during the winter. For example, like where to go sliding, what to do indoors, or what games to play. Please let me know what you guys think. Thank you.

    Rideau Park ( by the water tower) had a hill for tobogganing. The community  
    Centre had all kinds of skates to borrow.  
    For very small children there is "the bowl" for tobogganing on 34th st.  
    Hanbury Hill is on the both hill off of breacrest cr. Huge hill for tobogganing.  
    If you don't want to be outside there is playtime on Park Ave or Funtime by dominos.

    There's also sliding at the golf course on 34th and Mcdonald ave. Good for medium sized kids. There's also fun time pottery behind 7-11 on 34th. Pizza Place has a play strucure, along with the thunderbird bowl right there. It's about $20 for a family day pass at the YMCA, swimming and small play structure, and sometimes gym time depending on what day you go.
