Timeshare scam

I have been able to find out that this number is apparently owned by At&T, I think the company is a timeshare reseller or broker.
I have been getting 3 to 5 calls a day for weeks. No one on the line when I answer, or they hang up after I answer. Finally, tonight, someone was there when I answered, they said they were from a resort in Florida, and as a resort "owner", I was eligible for a deal on a vacation. When I said I wasn't interested, and to take me off their calling list, he hung up on me.
I WANT REVENGE!!
Any ideas? Please help. I'm on the do not call list already.
