Has anyone recently seen kinetic sand in a store lately? I've looked a few places, but haven't been successful yet. Before I drive around to more places, thought I'd reach out here.

I would try Toymasters in the stripmall on 18th Street. They have had kinetic sand in the store before. I'm sure they have or can guide you.

Toymasters they used to have a lot of it, and I believe they still have some.

I have seen it a walmart

I checked Wal-Mart and didn't see any... maybe I wasn't looking in the right spot.

Bought some at spencers in the mall a year ago.

From Walmart as well as have seen it in Walmart and Canadian tire

Home Hardware is where I have found some before.

Walmart has it in their play dough aisle, Toy masters carries it, show case in the mall, and amazon.

Michaels used to carry a lot.

They have it at Walmart. I just saw it this morning. It’s in the first or second aisle of the toy section on the west side of the aisle, about 3/4 down the aisle near the top. I found them cheaper at Walmart than other place mentioned. They had a couple different colours/boxes as well as the small castle set of it too.

I was actually at Wal-Mart when I saw your reply so I found it. Thank you so much! My son is super excited!!

I got ours from toymasters. We’ve had some of the cheaper, coloured ones from showcase and Michaels. It doesn’t even compare imo. The cheaper ones got sticky when played with for too long, didn’t clean up as nice as the real stuff and the coloured sand stained their hands. I got rid of those ones.  
 
I’d suggest toymasters or amazon and get the real kinetic sand. It’s worth the extra money imo

The brand at Walmart is the same brand at toymasters. The both go under “kinetic sand” name made by same company (spin masters). If it says “Waba fun” brand on the side, Waba Fun and Spinmasters joined forces, and Spinmasters became their distributor. Toymasters also has the exact same coloured ones too. I just found it cheaper at Walmart.  
And we’ve had our black kinetic sand and purple for just over 2 1/2 years and it’s still the same consistency.

As long as it’s the kinetic sand brand, I’m sure it’s fine.  
 
The cheaper ones from showcase and micheals just we’re not favourites of ours.  
 
Amazon has some good prices on them now too
