I have called and emailed the PC Optimum program several times to try to get an answer to my question but have gotten nowhere, so thought I'd ask here...  
 
I have a PC Financial MasterCard that I use to pay at Superstore. It has been linked (or I thought it was linked) with my PC Optimum points card. Back when it was the PC Plus program, on my receipt it would show any bonus offers I earned, as well as a list at the bottom that showed total points earned, redeemed, closing balance, etc. Now nothing like that is showing up on my receipt and my points balance doesn't seem to be getting any higher, even though my shopping habits haven't changed.  
 
So I'm just wondering... if you have a PC Financial MasterCard and use it to earn PC Optimum points, do the points earned show up on your receipt?

Your points just don’t automatically roll over into the new program. You need to create a new PC Optimum account for the points, then link in your old card to transfer the points, then link it to your MasterCard. If you go to customer service at Superstore they should be able to help you with the sign up and transfer of the old points to your new one.

Check the transactions in the app. If it’s not showing anything then you’re not getting the points. I’d go to customer service next time you’re at superstore and ask them to look into it. With the MasterCard there was very little to do to roll all the points over. I think just update the app and sign in, but there was something they did at customer service to add the shoppers points. Hope that helps.

Yes, I created the new account, linked my accounts, and have the new app on my phone. The weird thing is, the app says I have about 80,000 points, but when I use my card in the store, my points balance is less than 5,000. My husband''s MasterCard and mine are linked to the same PC Optimum card, so I''m wondering if mine didn''t link properly and isn''t earning points like it should.  
 
On the app, it shows transactions where points are being earned on my husband''s card. It doesn''t say anything about the bonus offers in the transactions section of the app though, so that''s why I''m wondering if they show up on the receipt like they used to.  
 
I can ask next time in the store, but Customer Service is normally so busy and when shopping with little kids, I generally want to get in and out as quickly as possible, I thought I''d ask here.

When they changed things over, the cashier did mine at the till when I paid. No problem. But best to talk to customer service.

Sounds like you may have the same problem that we do. When we signed up online & got a digital PC Optimum card it linked a PC MasterCard in my name that was never activated, so ever time I use my current PC MasterCard all those points are not being added to the account. Every attempt to get ahold of CustomerCare since the merger have hit a standstill. If you have the app installed, go to accounts look under cards and make sure the last four digits that show on the app are the same as the physical card you have. If Customer Service in store helps you, let me know, would be way better then the online or phone Customer Service.

I thought that for SDM that you were awarded 1.5 points instead of the 1 we used to get. I was getting 1.5 but now it seems it has slipped back to 1 point only. Anyone else have this issue?

Just got off the phone this morning for the third time with them and someone was finally able to help.  
 
Only one MasterCard can be linked to each PC Optimum card. So the lady I spoke to told me to create a new PC Optimum card and link my MasterCard to it. Then, we can create a household and pool the points my husband and I earn into one. The catch is that householding isn't currently working, so we can't link them together yet.  
 
So I would guess if yours is linked to an old card number, you'd be able to just create new a PC Optimum account (with a different email) and link them to your correct card number. Maybe?  
 
Not sure if that would work or not for you, but it's the closest I've gotten to an answer.

We didn't do anything. Literally. As far as I can tell, my husband and I are both using our Mastercards to collect the points, and they're dumping into the common points account and showing up on our receipts. I've redeemed a couple of times too, without any problems.
