Cheapest propane?

Anyone know where the cheapest place is to get propane in town? I know Costco fills tanks for low cost but too far away and we are not members. Just paid $26 to fill one 20 lb tank and have heard Costco is only ~$10 to fill.

You find find anywhere here that will get close to Costco prices but last I checked Hertz Rental was the cheapest in town to fill propane. $23 dollars I believe for a 20 lb tank
