Just wondering if anyone knows best place to get prongs touched up or replaced on a ring?  
I know I can get estimates from different places but was wondering if anyone had good experiences or bad ones?  
I am also concerned about cost... I don't expect it to be cheap but I also don't want to be paying too much.  
Quality is a must as well! I've had this ring for 7 years, I don't expect it to be repaired in a couple years again.  
 
I should probably mention, I am only looking for Brandon Businesses as I don't have the time to go out of town

jay at Reesors is very good with any jewelry.

TCM at 929 Rosser Ave. They do all their own repairs, make jewelry.  
 
Excellent quality work, fast repairs, pleasant and reasonably priced.

I highly recommend Reesors. I've had many pieces of jewellery repaired there. High quality work and service. Ask for an estimate and repairs usually take a few weeks as they send most of their repairs to a family owned company in Toronto. I know that TCM doesn't re-rhodium plate white gold so it will be slightly discolored after repairs but if you're having a yellow gold piece worked on they are quick and inexpensive. I'd also like to remind you that you get what you pay for. I'd stick with Reesors as they're a local Brandon business, quality jewellery and friendly staff.

They are also faster. They also make beautiful jewelry. They also remember you every time you come in. He will give you a date when something will be ready and if you say you need it before that, he will get it done. Very nice local couple.  
 
I had a watch sent away by Reesor's for cleaning - took six weeks and did not work when I got it back. It also cost me quite a bit, but I ended up being in my hometown when it stopped working a day later and took it to the jeweler their and he said there was so much oil and goop inside, it just would not work, so he ended up cleaning it for me properly and I waited a day.

I just had a white gold ring repaired by TCM and you can't even tell he did anything. There is no discoloration and the price was very reasonable.
